At BLAKELEY, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
